By submitting your order, you certify that you are the owner of the credit card, debit card, bank account, Paypal account or any other account used to make this purchase. You also acknowledge that the product you purchase is to only be used by an adult of no less than eighteen years of age, and never by a minor or child. Mini bikes, motorcycles, bicycles are dangerous, and you assume any risk of injury. Dashbuiltminis LLC cannot be held liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, injury, death, or any other losses, costs, or expenses or any kind (including legal fees, expert fees, or other disbursements) which may arise, directly or indirectly, through the use of or implementation of any products sold by Dashbuiltminis LLC. You are entering into a purchasing agreement. No formal instruction, training, or manual of use, or installation will be provided by Dashbuiltminis LLC. Any and all products offered by Dashbuiltminis LLC are to be used at your own risk.

EVERY TIME YOU RIDE YOU MUST WEAR PROPER RATED MOTORCYCLE RIDING GEAR. This includes a full face helmet, gloves, boots, goggles, pants and jacket.
MAINTENANCE. Maintenance, diagnostics, and repair are the responsibility of the purchaser. The bike should have a full inspection before each ride to ensure the safety. Check all fasteners for tightness. Check fluid levels, electrical components, and mechanical parts for wear.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE IF YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL. Mini bikes have complex and dangerous systems, not to be serviced by non-professionals.
ANY AND ALL LABOR IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
If you choose to have a shop inspect, repair, install, modify, or do anything else with a product, bike, or anything you purchase or receive from Dashbuiltminis LLC, any and all costs or burdens are your sole responsibility.

OFF ROAD USE ONLY.
All Dashbuiltminis LLC products are sold for Off Road Use Only and are NOT sold for use on public roads.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Dashbuiltminis LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of products purchased from Dashbuiltminis LLC.
